Jesus Warns About Deception

In Matthew 24:23, Jesus says, “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it.”

We have seen many people get deceived because they believe in a lie. We can avoid a lot of deception just by reading God’s word. We have seen many false religions and cults showing up with a “new” message. When Nothing Else Matters

In Matthew 24:17-18, Jesus continues to say referring to the days which lie ahead, “Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house and let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes.”

God does not give up on His creation. He leaves people to do their own thing for a while. When we do life “our way,” we normally find ourselves in a worse position than we were before.
