In Matthew 27:11, Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor questioned Him, saying, “Are You the King of the Jews?” And Jesus said to him, “It is as you say.”
Jesus was offered many times the opportunity to save His life. Each time, He show that God is not controlled by man but rather man is under the authority of God. Jesus could have easily said that He was mistaken but instead He boldly confirms that He is the King of the Jews.
